What will your day look like?

In the role you'll oversee pivotal client projects for one of the world's most renowned brands, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and impeccable quality. You'll wield expertise in CRM, managing projects with numerous stakeholders, both internally and externally.

More specifically, your tasks include:
• Managing the client relationship and expectations excellently.
• Developing project scopes, plans, and budgets.
• Producing high-quality presentations for internal and client meetings.
• Managing projects, which includes securing progress across different departments, and ensuring deliverables on time and within budget while proactively ensuring that obstacles are mitigated, and project risks are minimized.
• Being a daily sparring partner to your colleagues.

Who are you going to work with?

You will be the linchpin in a network of closely coordinated Project Managers, User Experience Strategists, Developers and Data Analysts. Your team at VML MAP has decades of collective experience in the field and will closely collaborate with you on the projects. Comprising Client Partners, Project Managers, People Managers, and more, your team is a well-versed group of expertise.

What do you bring to the table?

We encourage individuals with strong CRM expertise, who are looking to take on a Project Manager role, to apply. If you have extensive experience working with CRM, Experience strategy, Analytics and Insights for large quantities of customer data or similar, you may be the perfect fit!
You are pro-active and service minded, with a strong stakeholder management skillset. You work to deliver the best possible outcome and is motivated by any challenges that arise. As you will be managing several projects simultaneously, you are an organized person who can keep perspective while showing great attention to detail.

For this role, we expect you to have:
• Extensive experience as a Project Manager OR expertise working with CRM at scale.
• Experience working with data, technical projects, and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience from either large international companies, or an agency or consultancy, with global companies being your primary clients.
• Experience with MarTech.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• The competence, confidence, and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets excellently.
• Great communication skills in English.

In this role you´d work from one of our offices 3-4 days per week.
